How Verification Works
Nothing Goes Live Unchecked
Every listing is submitted through our portal and reviewed by our research desk before publication. We confirm the submitter, sanity-check the financials against comparable transactions, and read the supporting documents. Listings that do not stand up are sent back, not published.
Off-market opportunities are held back from the public archive and surfaced only to Pro and Institutional members inside the marketplace.
The Scorecard Methodology
